The Swart FuzzyBoost is a hand-wired, point-to-point sonic blast to the past with some extra credit, Swart Magic thrown into the mix. This is no mass market, overseas circuit board, costs us nothing~you something, cloner pop.

Fuzzy boost allows you to slide anywhere from slight boost to over the top fuzz at any volume level. So yes, you too can fuzz patrol at 2am while significant other sleeps like Baby Daddy Mama.

• Pre Volume Volume before it hits the circuit

Because it's one of the super sensitive hand-picked Germanium transistors (like our Atomic Boost), you will have more potential noise from the line, we really prefer the 9v battery, accessible by unscrewing the bottom.

NOTES on Fuzz Operation

One must remember to unplug the INPUT for longest battery life. Be diligent about this yields a battery life of half a year or more when used frequently.

We actually do a few mods to your stock Fuzz.

Battery Shutoff Switch: Makes input cable unplug unnecessary ~ $25usd

9v Jack: Now Fuzz can be used on its own isolated jack on the pedal power +
due to it's positive ground**. If you do add this mod, no need for battery shutoff switch. ~ $25usd

**NOTE: So the Fuzz pedal is a positive ground pedal. It needs to run by itself or other Positive Ground units to isolate it from negative ground pedals. If you mix the two it will short out the power supply. Positive ground pedals can be run together on the same adapter. You just can’t mix positive ground with negative ground pedals.

***All that being said, SONICALLY a Cheap 9v battery seems to be the best.
We use the Eveready Carbon Zinc 9V battery.
